Currently, I serve as an Academic Advisor at Astria Learning, where I oversee daily operations to ensure seamless academic delivery and manage course-related academic operations. My role involves mentoring students, addressing their queries, and monitoring their progress through the Astria Learning Management System. I take pride in my ability to create effective student retention and engagement strategies that foster a supportive learning environment.

Previously, I worked as a Program Manager at Board Infinity, where I was recognized as the Star Performer of the Week for my contributions. I have also gained valuable experience as an HR Executive, managing recruitment processes and building teams for various construction projects. My educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and HR, which complements my practical experience in the field.
