Priyanka Tiwari

I’m an Assistant Professor with an MBA background in HR & Marketing, and a long-standing commitment to helping learners build real-world confidence, communication, and employability. I strengthen students through customized behavioral workshops, need-based counseling, and structured soft skills training.

In my teaching role, I designed and supported syllabi, delivered soft skills and mock drills, conducted labs, and prepared terminal papers and tests. I schedule assessments, maintain attendance and required records, and organize class and interclass activities to increase student engagement.

I also bring a strong people-and-performance orientation from my operations and HR-side responsibilities—managing teams, overseeing daily workflows, and translating strategy & planning into execution. I handle financial oversight for budgets related to orientation and HR activities, and I coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Research Associate handling the recruitment cycle and business development. I conducted face-to-face and telephonic interviews, supported client interaction, and handled cold calling and headhunting—skills I still use to drive thoughtful decisions and solve problems using data.
