I'm currently teaching HR Management, HR planning and development, business communication, and language skills at Technocrats Institute of Technology's MBA department in Bhopal. I also support academic administration, documentation, and proposal drafting.

Previously, I directed Maharana Pratap Industrial Training Institute, overseeing admissions and student counselling to support academic planning.

At Bansal Institute of Science and Technology and All Saints College of Technology, I delivered verbal ability, communication, aptitude, placement-preparation, and corporate outreach support. I've also coordinated recruitment activities, documentation, and proposal writing.

As a part-time soft-skills trainer for Central Bank of India Probationary Officers Training Programs, I've conducted more than 50 interactive sessions tailored to the banking environment. My background combines a PhD in Management, an MBA in Human Resources, and recent training in leadership, business analysis, and process management.
