What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my IT implementation, backend banking, pricing, transaction handling, and customer support experience.

I've delivered IT support implementation and launched backend services at Genpact for a US banking client specializing in collections. I also collaborated with a UK bank to handle backend customer-complaint services.

My work spans pricing, financial transaction flows, and monetary assessment of products. At Dell, I supported insurance pricing, sales, purchases, deal negotiations, refunds, disputes, and transaction channels.

At Teleperformance, I helped Microsoft customers navigate offers, discounts, price fluctuations, and payment plans.

Earlier at CarDekho, I set prices for cars and other products on the website. I hold a B.Tech in Information Technology and bring experience across banking, finance, pricing, and customer support.
