I am a Building Technology graduate with hands-on experience supervising construction projects, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring quality and safety on site. I have managed contractors, liaised with clients and quantity surveyors, prepared site reports, and overseen procurement to meet budgets and timelines.

In my current role as a Call Center Agent, I handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer enquiries, process orders, use CRM and calling software, generate reports for management, and initiate sales while maintaining strong product knowledge. I focus on clear communication, customer retention, and timely problem resolution.

I have served in leadership roles during my studies and in volunteer programs, including project coordination and community environmental advocacy. I seek to combine my technical construction background and customer-service skills to contribute to operational efficiency, team collaboration, and organizational goals.
