I’m seeking to leverage my interpersonal skills and experience resolving complaints and supporting clients in a customer service role.

At Praxmont Ltd, I documented daily site reports, method statements, and project records, helping keep office and field teams informed. I also resolved site issues through listening and negotiation, and maintained compliance records with 100% accuracy.
