What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a BPO/customer support role where I can combine clear communication with technical troubleshooting, keep service quality high using structured work logs, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a service-oriented professional with a strong background in business operations and financial accuracy, including managing payroll for over 50 staff members with 100% accuracy. After building reliability through accounting and administration, I recently transitioned into the BPO sector to bring my communication, interpersonal skills, and troubleshooting mindset to customer support.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative, I manage customer inquiries through remote communication channels, use internal systems and work logs to track interactions, and apply technical knowledge to resolve service-related queries in a fast-paced environment. Earlier experience also includes high-detail financial record management, classroom support as an Educator, and quality- and safety-focused technical installations as a Rigger.
