At Kyndryl GSDC, I manage AWS IaaS delivery and multi-cloud SaaS platforms for enterprise clients. I govern SLA/SLO commitments and align application portfolios with budgets.
I also support platform implementations and integrations with customer environments. Working in CI/CD environments, I troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical education and advocacy.
Previously at IBM GSDC and IBM Middle East LLC, I managed service operations, incident response, and IT service continuity. I established ITIL-aligned processes, coordinated disaster recovery planning, and worked to reduce recurring incidents and mean time to resolution.
