I am looking for a role that values strong communication and offers growth opportunities.

I am a dedicated customer care agent with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of the Western Cape. My journey began in retail as a cashier at Fani’s Food Market, where I learned the value of hard work and customer service at a young age. This foundational experience paved the way for my subsequent roles in customer care, where I honed my skills in problem-solving and effective communication.

Currently, I work as a Customer Care Agent at Metro By T-Mobile, where I handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their issues. My experience extends to technical support at Amazon, where I continue to deliver exceptional service while managing customer inquiries. Additionally, I teach English online, further enhancing my communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
