I've supported customers in English, Spanish, and Portuguese at Game Point Arcade and CB Consultoria, handling questions, service requests, and day-to-day support needs with clear, professional communication.

During my military service with the Brazilian Army, I supported administrative and operational activities, including document handling, record organization, internal systems, inventory control, logistics, equipment maintenance, and security procedures.

I'm building on customer-facing experience with a completed Technical Degree in Systems Development and an in-progress Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. My technical foundation includes hardware maintenance, software support, troubleshooting, web technologies, databases, DevOps, software quality, and computer security.

I've also developed a Java task management application, a responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript business website, and a MySQL inventory database. I'm seeking remote international opportunities where I can help technology and SaaS customers resolve issues and use products successfully.
