Built FIG Health's digital platform from scratch, owning technology selection and delivery across native iOS/Android apps, web, backend APIs, patient portals, dashboards, and automation. Designed an Australian healthcare-compliant EMR with ePrescribing, referrals, consent, and audit history.

Transformed a broken visa application experience in Australia as an AI-first, product-first engineer, orchestrating work with Superset.sh, Claude Code, MCPs, and agents. Delivered within a high-performing team, completing an average of 120 to 170 tickets and/or features per month.

Worked in the Innovation & Automation team developing a high-precision automation portal for the bank's security advisory team. Simplified complex workflows, rewrote contract review logic, and automated the Design Exposure Assessment Lifecycle (DEAL) across hundreds of logic controls and data points.

Designed and built new features for the backend API using NodeJS, TypeScript, Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and React. Migrated the legacy Medical Certificate portal to the new Doctor Portal and built a pharmacy dashboard, contributing to significant business growth.

Led projects and managed a full-time software engineer, focusing on iOS/Android ordering apps, web services, infra reliability, and back-office systems. Integrated DoorDash Drive API, added security and fraud detection, and cut online-ordering downtime from eight incidents a week to zero.

Built 'Quick Connect', a TypeScript microservice API that securely links devices to worksite check-in kiosks, cutting support tickets by 60%. Wrote Cypress end-to-end tests and shipped React frontend and Node.js backend features for the visitor-management SaaS.

Built social-food mobile apps focused on transparency, allowing users to rate and review food items. Implemented OCR and barcode scanning to provide health ratings and insights, and built a REST API using PHP and MySQL.

Developed modern PHP and JavaScript web applications and APIs using vanilla JS, GraphQL, Symfony, Doctrine, and PostgreSQL. Maintained existing backend PHP Symfony and Drupal applications and built micro SMS eCommerce sites for Jack Daniel's and St John's.

Built a new PWA website and Elasticsearch search API (PHP 7.1, Slim3, RabbitMQ, Docker) following JSON:API/OpenAPI, and contributed to a Java Spring Boot microservices platform. Patched security vulnerabilities and upgraded the legacy platform from PHP 5.3 to 7.1.

Improved and implemented new features, defined product vision, and architected software with design patterns for commercial web apps such as pH7CMS Pro, pH2Date, and pH4Social. Managed marketing, branding, SEO, and provided technical support.
