As a principal engineer, my role was to
· develop and maintain a clean, high performant, and standardized API code
· optimize and fine-tune the database
· write tests, documentation
· implement a CI pipeline for automated tests and deployments
· implement integrations for various 3rd party APIs

As a developer, my role is ranging from
· create a scalable deployment system, an efficient database, and a modern API
· write documentation
· ensure product and data end work together
· build components to work within the overall architecture laid out by SWOOP

As a CTO, my role is ranging from
· design the software’s architecture
· work alongside business and marketing as a creative technologist
· plan and implement a scalable infrastructure capable of running on multiple providers
· introduce workflows, tooling, and best practices to the team
· as a hands-on CTO, I also wrote the central part of the codebase

My role as CTO and the lead developer was to
· research and design solutions for a wide variety of different clients
· plan and implement hosting solutions for them
· ensure the efficient workflow of Boys via automation
· mentor and teach the team about best practices and new technologies

I joined as a senior developer, and
· helped migrate a monolithic legacy system to a modern and scalable microservice architecture
· contributed to many of the crucial core services, like finance, fulfillment, e-commerce, central messaging
· worked in an agile environment as the lead developer of one of the several small semi-independent teams
