I am a nurse leader with over ten years of progressive clinical and operational experience in healthcare. My transformational leadership style inspires and engages team members to achieve continuous improvement in patient-centered care. I focus on quality clinical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction for both residents and staff.

In my current role as Director of Nursing at Liberty Lutheran – Paul’s Run Retirement Community, I manage staffing, budgets, and compliance with state and federal regulations. I have successfully led quality improvement initiatives and ensured adherence to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process. My previous experience includes overseeing a team of over 70 nurses in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where I prioritized patient care and staff development.
