I'm looking to build and deliver practical AI, LLM, and machine learning products with cross-functional teams, especially where reliable production systems, rapid prototyping, and measurable workflow improvements matter.

I've delivered generative AI consulting through PJB Software, including an agentic application that searches, filters, and scores job openings, saving job seekers at least one hour daily.

At iA Financial Group, I built production machine learning models for life insurance applicant behavior, retention, and payment prediction using Python, pandas, scikit-learn, and XGBoost. I also designed A/B tests that improved contact rates by 3%, built deployment infrastructure that reduced model releases from hours to minutes, and engineered LLM prompts for automated code review.

Earlier, I developed full-stack, distributed, desktop, and library applications across insurance, billing, manufacturing, education, entrepreneurial, and precision agriculture products using Ruby, React, TypeScript, .NET, AngularJS, Java, and cloud-native systems.
