I'm building AI/ML solutions at Prudential Financial for insurance underwriting, claims analytics, fraud detection, customer risk profiling, policy lapse prediction, and asset management. I develop LLM and RAG applications for financial document processing, policy summarization, semantic search, and intelligent virtual assistants.

Previously at Zoho Corporation, I delivered AI capabilities across CRM, HRMS, finance, help desk, sales, marketing automation, and customer analytics. My work included intelligent chatbots, document search, workflow automation, recommendation systems, churn prediction, anomaly detection, and customer segmentation.

I build end-to-end data and MLOps pipelines with Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. I deploy cloud-native AI services through FastAPI and Flask across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

I'm focused on secure, scalable production AI that improves prediction accuracy, explainability, and inference performance while meeting enterprise compliance requirements.
