What I'm looking for

I want to build AI-native products end-to-end—agentic automation with RAG, secure multi-tenant systems, and real-time observability. I’m excited by teams that value fast iteration, reliability, and measurable impact on customer outcomes.

I’m an AI Software Engineer focused on shipping end-to-end systems that turn complex enterprise workflows into reliable, measurable automation. At Fixify, I built and operated an AI-native IT help desk that combines LLM-driven agentic resolution with human analysts—auto-resolving the majority of tickets without manual intervention across mid-market enterprise clients.

I engineer the full stack of intelligence, integration, and delivery: ticket classification and routing with fine-tuned LLMs, Slack/Microsoft Teams AI Sidekicks using RAG and LangChain orchestration, and living playbook generation from documentation and support conversations. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at Prove AI and Qvest, I worked on blockchain-anchored AI governance, cloud-native transformation, and large-scale search/recommendation—bringing strong DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, event-driven pipelines) to improve reliability, compliance, and time-to-resolution.
