What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move into Customer Success in an e-learning environment, where I can use my communication, problem-solving, training and relationship-management experience.

At Go-Ahead London, I work with controllers, drivers, technicians and managers to resolve operational problems and keep services running. When buses develop faults in service, I provide remote support, assess whether engineering attendance is needed and keep people updated.

At Brunel University London, I support students with Simulation and Modelling, explain technical concepts and provide practical feedback as they work through problems in Arena.

Previously, at Veolia, I managed service delivery for a fleet of more than 140 vehicles. Better planning and workflow management improved fleet availability by 20%, and the fleet achieved a 98% MOT first-time pass rate.
