At ICAP at Columbia University, I coordinated travel and logistics for the CQUIN HIV Learning Network Project, including events for up to 300 participants from 21 countries. I managed a budget exceeding $200,000 and coordinated procurement that resulted in 15% cost savings.
I also consolidated financial support for 300 conference attendees and developed event budgets with the Deputy Operations Director. My work included drafting trip reports, scoping venues, and supporting speakers and Zoom meetings.
Earlier at ICAP, I provided executive support to the Country Director and six Directors, managing calendars, travel arrangements, records, and communication. My other experience includes sales, customer service, reception, marketing, and field data collection.
