What I'm looking for
I’m a BFA (Business of Beauty and Fragrance) candidate with a focus on creation, branding, and retail & customer experience. I bring hands-on product development experience from Tru Fragrance & Beauty, where I named and developed 30+ fragrance launches for brand accounts by selecting fragrance modifications and managing olfactive direction for top products.
In my role, I built multi-category trend decks (beauty, fashion, interiors, colors, jewelry) that informed future product concepts and brand strategy. I collaborated across product development, project management, creative, sales, and brand teams, participating in buyer meetings, vendor meetings, and fragrance house presentations.
My academic work strengthens how I turn insight into strategy: I developed consumer insight frameworks for an international market expansion plan (Laura Ashley x SCADPro) and contributed to experience-driven brand evolution work by creating UX concepts across multiple touchpoints. Through LHH x SCADPro and L’Oréal Brandstorm 2025 (BluBlock), I’ve practiced research-led positioning—finding white spaces, building concept products, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
