What I'm looking for
I’m a background screening and HR records specialist who supports fast, accurate hiring and volunteer processing. I’ve worked with Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud, Lawson, and Rapback to maintain confidential applicant and employee records while keeping documentation audit-ready.
In my roles with Montgomery County Public Schools, I conducted data audits on sensitive records, identified discrepancies through cross-department collaboration, and strengthened recordkeeping integrity. I also helped convert CJIS-compliant paper employee and applicant records into a secure, centralized digital filing system using DocuWare and Adobe Acrobat.
Before that, I managed districtwide facility access and badge administration across 211 schools and depots, configuring credentials with Maxxess and PremiSys and coordinating access changes in real time. Earlier, as a Marketing Intern, I supported meal plan enrollment goals, created and analyzed social media content, and used customer surveys to find improvement opportunities—skills I still bring to problem-solving and process improvement.
