At HelloDose, I built the team from the ground up, including recruitment, onboarding and training, and established the processes and expectations the team uses.
I oversee day-to-day operations across GLP-1 weight management, HRT, peptide therapy and Longevity Wellness programs, with operational support for IVDRIPS. I also lead Nurse Practitioners and operations staff through performance management, KPI tracking and training.
I built retention and lead-management workflows for VIP retention, pipeline tracking and structured patient follow-up. I also rebuilt weekly and monthly reporting and developed commercial reporting that includes LTV and AOV.
At IVDRIPS, I managed client communications, CRM records and appointment coordination. At SDC, I managed two cold-calling teams and supported financial administration.
