I’m a Home Care Recruiter focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding clinicians and caregivers who meet employment standards. I actively recruit Caregivers, CNAs, RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides, helping teams move quickly from hiring to readiness.

In my current role at Nova Leap Health, I conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments, and I manage job postings end-to-end. I also head the onboarding process by completing background checks, reviewing driving records, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.

Previously, I worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Bayhealth Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s, staffing roles such as nurses, surgical technologists, and administrative positions. I used Indeed, LinkedIn, and Incredible Health for sourcing, screened resumes and applications, coordinated through Infor ATS and Workday ATS, and provided offer letters while verifying licenses, certifications, and education.

Earlier in my career, I also recruited for sales and customer service roles at Boch Automotive. I led searches for sales representatives and related positions, sourced via direct apply and cold calling, and completed phone screenings in coordination with hiring managers.
