What I'm looking for

I'm motivated to build a career in customer service and technical support.

At Heriot-Watt University Kazakhstan, I respond to prospective students’ and families’ questions, provide guidance, and coordinate communications and follow-up activities.

I prepare documentation and reports while handling multiple requests and deadlines. I also work with people from different backgrounds to help resolve questions professionally.

In seasonal customer service roles with Work & Travel USA, I supported customers in English in an international service environment. Earlier, as a Hostess at Balkaragai Residence and a Host at Opera Ballet Astana, I welcomed guests and supported seating and service coordination.

At GUESS, I assisted customers with product selection and styling and supported cashier operations. I hold an M.Sc. in Food Biotechnology from the University of Padua and speak Russian and Kazakh natively, with advanced English.
