I'm leading VIP operations at NDA in Sofia, managing Account Managers and optimizing the end-to-end VIP customer journey to increase engagement, retention, lifetime value, and revenue.
Previously, I managed VIP portfolios at Solid Stake, creating tailored promotions and personalized CRM campaigns while using Tableau and Power BI to monitor retention, deposits, withdrawals, bonus spend, and player behavior. I also partnered with Risk, Payments, and Compliance teams to address suspicious activity and support responsible gaming.
My iGaming background also includes CRO work on landing pages, registration flows, A/B tests, and campaign reporting, alongside several customer support roles serving players through email, live chat, and outbound calls.
