At Nordic Gaming Localisation House, I lead English-to-German translation and cultural adaptation for console, PC, and mobile games, processing over 450,000 words annually with 99.8% quality compliance. I localize branching storylines, dialogue, quests, and interface text while preserving each game's tone.
I maintain translation memories, glossaries, and style guides in MemoQ and SDL Trados Studio, and work with LQA testers to resolve context-specific bugs and string-length issues before launch.
Previously, I translated and subtitled games for Global Language Solutions and handled mobile game translations and language QA at Apex Media & Localisation Services. My project work includes an epic fantasy RPG with over 120,000 translated words and an 800-term glossary.
