What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations and people-focused teams where I can improve staffing, service, budgets, safety, training, and operational efficiency.

I've led Wardrobe, Laundry, and Mail Services operations at Universal Studios Resort, overseeing staffing, guest service, training, payroll, budgets, vendor coordination, and safety.

At Orlando Health, I delivered more than $80K in organizational savings in one year by reducing costs, bringing vendor services in-house, adding internal capacity, and redesigning workforce schedules around peak demand. I also partnered across hospitals and with executive leadership to standardize procedures, restructure job codes and salary pathways, and strengthen compliance and service standards.

My background also includes leading environmental services, rides, shows, park quality, attractions, concerts, and private events at ABM Industries and SeaWorld Park & Entertainment. I've trained more than 100 Ambassadors and Assistant Supervisors and was recognized with Orlando Health's 2023 Excellence Award of Leadership.
