What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Patient Services / Scheduling role where I can use my phone-based scheduling and customer service experience, handle information carefully, and help people navigate their questions and concerns.

At Bookam Bus Tickets Agency, I answered high-volume inbound calls, scheduled and confirmed customer bookings, and recorded details accurately while protecting confidential information.

I resolved service concerns courteously and transferred complex requests to the appropriate teammate. I also coordinated follow-ups to keep service consistent.

As an Intern, CIRT at National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies (ANTIC), I received public reports and routed cases to the appropriate personnel. I guided complainants through intake forms and documented case details while safeguarding sensitive data.

At Liv Eats Delivery, I responded to customer inquiries, coordinated scheduling and follow-ups, and reviewed customer and order information for accuracy. I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Catholic University Institute of Buea.
