What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service through front desk operations and accurate recordkeeping, support customers with financial products, and grow into data/AI ops work focused on trust, safety, and privacy.

I’m a customer service and sales professional who handles front desk operations and daily customer interactions with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and positive client experiences. In roles like Sales Executive and Front desk officer, I’ve handled customer inquiries, resolved complaints, processed payments and receipts, balanced daily transaction records where applicable, and maintained accurate customer records.

Alongside customer-facing work, I’ve contributed to community impact initiatives as a Cowrywise Campus Ambassador, coordinating events and financial literacy activities. I also completed a Forage Data Labeling Job Simulation where I practiced labeling for Intent, Sentiment, and PII, improving my ability to apply clear definitions, follow ethical privacy practices, and support human-AI collaboration.
