At National Credit Systems, I examine dispute documentation, verify account information with clients, update accounts, and report unresolved accounts to the Credit Bureau.

I've also onboarded and trained two colleagues on daily responsibilities. Previously, as a Clerical Receptionist at National Credit Systems, I handled front-office calls, updated client demographics, validated disputed debts, and organized evidence and business mail.

My background in Mass Media includes writing four scripts, with two produced as short films. I earned the First Place Audience Favorite Award at the FVS End-of-semester Student Showcase in Spring 2021.

I'm certified in Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing through HubSpot Academy, and I bring video editing, photo editing, creative writing, and data organization skills to my work.
