What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR Generalist role where I can own recruitment through onboarding, support payroll and employee engagement, and strengthen performance management with compliant, data-driven HR operations—while learning from experienced mentors.

I’m an HR Generalist (fresher) with hands-on internship experience across a school, a counselling centre, and university-led events, where I owned recruitment and supported HR operations end to end. I managed full-cycle hiring for 9 open positions (5 teaching, 4 non-teaching), built onboarding documentation, and created structured 30/60/90-day check-ins to track performance, engagement, and role integration.

I also supported performance management by drafting PIPs for underperforming employees and assisted with monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate, timely disbursement. Keka-certified in HR Generalist practices (including Indian Payroll, Employee Engagement, and ATS tracking) with working knowledge of labor law fundamentals like the POSH Act, I’m confident using Keka HRMS, SAP, and MS Office to maintain confidential records with strong attention to detail.
