What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my healthcare operations, CRM, biomedical equipment, and quality-compliance experience in a technology-driven healthcare, medical device, or digital health environment focused on efficient service delivery and better patient outcomes.

I've supported patient care, hospital operations, and biomedical engineering across KITES Senior Care, Svastha Hospital, Medwell Ventures, Lakeview Super Specialty Hospital, and KLE’s PK Hospital & MRC.

At KITES Senior Care, I managed high-volume client interactions, assessed patient requirements, maintained CRM records, coordinated service delivery, and resolved queries while protecting data confidentiality.
