I'm looking to lead growth-focused insurance sales organizations where I can build teams, develop leaders, strengthen recruiting and training systems, and drive high-performance production.

I've built and led multi-state life insurance organizations, including growing Family First Life from inception to nearly $7 million in annual premium within two years. My work spans strategic recruiting, sales training, underwriting, quality control, telesales operations, and leadership development.

At American Income Life, I led Michigan statewide operations to $3,022,670 in annualized premium in 2021, ranked #1 Regional General Agent nationally, and helped produce more than $13.6 million under my leadership. Across 13+ years in insurance leadership, I've recruited, trained, and developed 500+ agents while building sustainable leadership pipelines and high-performing sales teams.
