I'm currently supporting Costco's POS ecosystem by defining testing strategies, validating data, and ensuring POS enhancements meet functional and non-functional requirements.

I build and maintain manual and automated test cases, write complex SQL across MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, and use Python, Bash, and PowerShell to improve testing efficiency and reporting. I partner with engineering, product, architecture, and scrum teams to turn requirements into testable scenarios, investigate defects, and support root-cause remediation.

At Costco, I led the Windows Server 2022 rollout supporting StoreGazer upgrades across U.S. and Canadian locations. Previously, I implemented and validated privileged access management solutions at Delinea and delivered enterprise POS and payment solutions at NCR.

My background also includes staging, installing, testing, and converting retail POS environments at RaceTrac, including the Made-to-Order food offering and RaceWay's conversion from Ruby POS to Radiant. I bring more than 10 years of enterprise implementation, validation, deployment, and support experience in large-scale retail environments.
