I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end documentation quality—especially for APIs—while partnering with agile teams on QA, ticket resolution, and docs-as-code automation to cut time-to-value.

I’m a Senior Technical Writer with 4+ years of experience in technical support, documentation, and troubleshooting for complex products. I combine documentation strategy with hands-on QA to improve end-user experience and speed up time-to-value.

In my hybrid Technical Support and QA work, I handle global customer tickets—qualifying, testing, validating, and resolving issues—especially around APIs and integrations.
