What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team that treats documentation and knowledge systems as product—using AI-ready, governed knowledge to automate content workflows, improve developer experience, and ship next-generation LLM-powered features.

I’m a Knowledge Engineer and Senior Technical Writer who designs structured knowledge systems for SaaS, ERP, APIs, and complex software environments. I turn business and technical knowledge into scalable documentation, reusable prompts, and AI-ready knowledge assets that work for both human users and LLMs.

In my current role, I design and maintain technical documentation for ERP platforms, APIs, integrations, and business systems, using Docs-as-Code practices for traceability, governance, and scalable documentation operations. I also build reusable prompt libraries and Generative AI-assisted workflows to draft, refactor, review, summarize, and quality-check documentation.

I’ve also managed enterprise knowledge bases and multilingual documentation, applying taxonomy, semantic organization, and documentation governance to improve accessibility and consistency. I’m currently expanding my expertise in AI Engineering, AI Agents, and Knowledge Engineering to support next-generation LLM-based applications.
