What I'm looking for
I’ve spent 12 years in technical support roles where the job was actually to figure things out. At DocuSign, I spent over two years on Salesforce integration cases, tracing Apex debug logs and tearing apart REST and SOAP payloads to help customers move forward.
Before that, I built and customized Salesforce solutions as a consultant, then strengthened my troubleshooting toolkit at Microsoft by writing Python and PySpark to reproduce Azure Databricks ETL pipeline failures. I’m comfortable with ambiguous problems where the answer is not in the documentation.
More recently, I’ve owned end-to-end investigations across integration layers using Grafana and Datadog, handled on-call monitoring shifts, and coordinated resolution with SRE squads. I also authored knowledge base articles to reduce repeat escalations and improve resolution speed across the team.

Investigated partner-facing API failures end-to-end by analyzing Grafana logs and Datadog, identifying root causes across integration layers and coordinating resolution with SRE teams. Validated transaction discrepancies across currencies and managed operator integrations across multiple environments while handling production anomaly alerts and escalations.
Owned escalated Salesforce integration cases by debugging end-to-end failures, analyzing JSON payloads, and validating fixes in the customer context. Authored knowledge base articles to reduce repeat escalations and used JavaScript/TypeScript to replicate and verify client-side and middleware integration issues.
Diagnosed Spark job bottlenecks using Spark UI metrics and cluster logs, resolving data connectivity failures across Azure Data Lake, Key Vault, and SQL services. Wrote Python and PySpark scripts to automate diagnostics and reproduce ETL/ELT pipeline failures, and advised on Delta Lake architecture and compute optimization.
