What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own complex SaaS/API investigations end-to-end, partner closely with engineering, and use observability tools to find root causes fast—while improving resolution speed through clear knowledge and repeatable diagnostics.

I’ve spent 12 years in technical support roles where the job was actually to figure things out. At DocuSign, I spent over two years on Salesforce integration cases, tracing Apex debug logs and tearing apart REST and SOAP payloads to help customers move forward.

Before that, I built and customized Salesforce solutions as a consultant, then strengthened my troubleshooting toolkit at Microsoft by writing Python and PySpark to reproduce Azure Databricks ETL pipeline failures. I’m comfortable with ambiguous problems where the answer is not in the documentation.

More recently, I’ve owned end-to-end investigations across integration layers using Grafana and Datadog, handled on-call monitoring shifts, and coordinated resolution with SRE squads. I also authored knowledge base articles to reduce repeat escalations and improve resolution speed across the team.
