I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build and mentor Cloud/SRE or DevOps teams, drive reliability and scalability, and deliver measurable outcomes with metrics/OKRs—while partnering closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy to business goals.

I’m an engineering leader with 15+ years building and scaling high-performing Cloud/SRE teams. I blend deep AWS/GCP technical expertise with leadership skills in team development, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven decision making using metrics and OKRs.

Most recently, I’ve led and developed a 5-person Cloud/SRE team within the Platform Group, focusing on professional mentorship, performance management, and operational excellence. I drove strategic reliability and scalability outcomes, including leading the organization through the first peak traffic season with zero incidents.

I’ve also delivered end-to-end infrastructure impact: onboarding multiple acquired companies into unified cloud platforms, implementing MLOps capabilities, and standardizing documentation/knowledge sharing that reduced onboarding time by 40%.
