In my Fleet Coordinator role, I managed fleet operations across Portugal, Spain, and Greece. I oversaw transportation logistics, vehicle purchases, and contract analysis, while maintaining brand relations and ensuring efficient, cost-effective fleet management.

Before that, I handled Fleet Maintenance across Portugal and Greece to keep vehicles always ready for rental. I coordinated spare parts ordering, workshop contracts, and invoices, balancing efficiency with minimizing downtime.

Earlier in my career, I supported customers in an international contact center and helped streamline daily operations, while also assisting in restaurant operations in the United Kingdom. Across all roles, I consistently focus on clear communication, compliance with health and safety procedures, and customer satisfaction.
