I’m looking for fully remote systems support or technical operations work where I can own Linux reliability, automate repeatable workflows (Python/SaltStack), troubleshoot production issues fast, and support enterprise environments without heavy architecture or DevOps emphasis.

I’m a Systems Support and Technical Operations professional with 12+ years of experience supporting enterprise Linux infrastructure, telecommunications platforms, virtualization environments, automation initiatives, and business-critical applications. At Momentum Telecom, I progressed from Technical Operations Engineer to Systems Administrator II, supporting approximately 480 Linux servers running CentOS 7, RHEL 9.x, and Ubuntu 22.

I’m especially known for quickly diagnosing issues and improving reliability through automation—most notably building a Python-based SSL certificate lifecycle automation platform used by operations teams for more than 60 production certificates, including migration of approximately 90% of company SSL certificates from DigiCert to Sectigo.
