I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end client onboarding and US healthcare operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and turn complex requirements into scalable, accurate workflows—while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance continuously.

I’m an Operations & Client Implementation Specialist with 4+ years of US healthcare experience, focused on regulatory compliance, high-volume workflow management, and operational performance improvement.

At Overbrook Technology Services, I owned end-to-end onboarding and implementation of client accounts, translating complex requirements into structured operational workflows and SOPs while ensuring full regulatory compliance and SLA adherence.

I act as a primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders, driving alignment and transparency. I also identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to enhance team productivity, service quality, and data accuracy.

I’ve additionally managed US healthcare claims and HSA workflows, investigating claim discrepancies to protect data integrity and minimize risk exposure. Alongside my operations work, I’m pursuing an MBA to strengthen strategic decision-making, and I’ve built operational capabilities through entrepreneurial roles as a joint proprietor and co-founder.
