I’m a motivated IT professional and hotel operations worker, with experience managing clinic IT systems and delivering high-standard, guest-focused housekeeping. I bring a practical, service-oriented mindset to every role—making sure systems and spaces are ready, dependable, and aligned with clear standards.

In my IT Manager /Administrator experience, I managed deployment, maintenance, and availability of clinic IT systems including workstations, servers, network, and telephony. I provided user support and training for medical and administrative staff on software, electronic records, and office tools, while coordinating IT projects with organisational needs and monitoring IT inventory with budget control.

I also focused on protection and continuity through basic cybersecurity measures and data backup procedures to protect patient information. When issues arose, I handled network and hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, with strong security awareness to reduce risk and keep operations stable.

Alongside IT, I work in hospitality at 5-star standards—cleaning and preparing rooms and bathrooms, changing bed linen and towels, restocking guest amenities, and maintaining hygiene and safety rules efficiently. I report maintenance issues, coordinate with reception and floor staff, and respect guest privacy and confidentiality through careful, discreet teamwork.
