I’m seeking leadership opportunities in payroll operations, HCM implementation and transformation, HR technology and workforce systems, business operations, or client services and service bureau leadership.

At CHRISTOPHER & ASSOCIATES, INC. / APS PAYROLL SERVICES, I helped lead a family-operated payroll and HCM business supporting approximately 105 employer clients and 2,000+ employees. I balanced executive and financial responsibilities with hands-on payroll production and client support.

I led workforce-technology selection and implementation for a manufacturing client with more than 500 employees, including configuration, testing, and training. I also led client-facing operational work in the 2025 Apex HCM-to-ADP migration, from data mapping and reconciliation through go-live and stabilization.

As Owner / Operator of FLIPPIN OUT LLC d/b/a RENOMAXIT, I direct business planning, proposals, budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination. I’m interested in leadership roles spanning payroll operations, HCM implementation, workforce systems, and business operations.
