I’m a Veterinarian Technician with 25 years of customer service experience, bringing a steady, client-first approach to reception, urgent care, and hands-on exam support. I assist veterinarians during exams and procedures, create and provide estimates for client insurance claims, and handle front-office responsibilities like answering high call volumes and scanning/filing invoices.

I’m also strong in the insurance side: I efficiently evaluate/review veterinary medical records and invoices, bill reviews, verify amounts owed & received, and help ensure claims are sent accurately and efficiently. With experience working remotely and independently, I solve problems proactively using CRM systems, insurance management software, regulatory compliance tools, and platforms like Cornerstone, EzyVet, Smartflow, and Shepherd—supported by OSHA certification and an Associate Degree in Animal Science.
