What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use interpretation, customer service, communication, and retail operations experience while continuing to learn and support customers and colleagues.

I currently interpret spoken conversations at Gigroup, accurately conveying messages while preserving tone, style, confidentiality, and cultural meaning.

Across more than 17 years at Hennes & Mauritz, I supported customers, managed cash office and sales-floor cash procedures, handled warehouse operations, and trained colleagues on store processes and safety routines.

I've also supervised retail teams at Springfield and supported telecommunications customers on Tele2, Mediatis, Telepac, sales, and billing campaigns. I work confidently in Portuguese and English, with additional French and Spanish language skills.
