At The Very Group, I design and deliver learning for new fraud cohorts, experienced colleagues, trainers and wider business areas. I turn complex operational processes into practical learning materials, scenarios and activities.
I designed a Fraud Voice Training Facilitator Guide and delivered a virtual Train the Trainer programme to trainers in South Africa. The programme prepared them to cascade the learning to their own staff.
Before moving into learning and development, I worked as a Fraud Investigator / Subject Matter Expert at The Very Group. I investigated complex fraud cases and supported colleagues with specialist knowledge, particularly in Fraud Complaints.
I hold CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development with a Merit. My experience also includes customer service, fraud investigation, learning design and training delivery.
