What I'm looking for

I'm looking for consulting engagements or roles where I can identify high-value automation opportunities, implement trusted AI workflows, and help businesses improve operations and digital transformation.

I've built international businesses across Brazil, China, and Europe, and now design AI systems that run lean e-commerce operations. At Mangará Shoes BV, I built a European D2C footwear business from zero in Belgium.

I manage Shopify, European marketplace integrations, import/export logistics, VAT, customs, B2B wholesale, fulfillment, and digital marketing. I also designed workflows using Make.com, Claude API, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace to automate multilingual content, catalog SEO, customer documents, and marketplace reconciliation.

Before relocating to Europe, I ran Premier Iluminação for 15 years, building a B2B import and wholesale operation serving 3,500+ retail clients across Brazil. I'm deepening the strategic side of AI adoption through an MBA in AI for Business and am open to work at the intersection of operations, AI, and digital transformation.
