As a MarTech & Business Process Consultant, I support NGOs with stakeholder interviews, process mapping, onboarding improvements, workflow automation, and implementation roadmaps. I help small businesses and nonprofit organizations improve their marketing operations, client onboarding, and internal workflows.
At Emperialle (EPL), I founded an event planning boutique agency and produced more than 100 corporate, cultural, and private events, including Brazilian Day Newark, the US Open, Forró Fest New York, and Battery Park fundraising events. I oversaw event logistics, scenography, vendor relations, and budgets.
At United Nations Staff Recreation Latin Club Society, I built an interactive Tableau and Python dashboard to track Sustainable Development Goals and developed a data model that informed climate policy recommendations. I also used Google Analytics and SQL queries to assess engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
As a Research Fellow in LaGuardia Community College's BRESI Jumpstart Emerging Scholars Program, I conducted comparative quantitative and qualitative research on academic risk behaviors among first- and second-generation college students. I presented findings at the Society for Community Research and Action Biennial Conference.
