My work has improved fill rate from 90% to 94%+, increased on-shelf availability from 95% to 98%+, and reduced inventory from 50 to 35 days, unlocking $8M in working capital.

Previously, at Rapid Retail Canada’s Loblaw and DoorDash joint venture, I managed end-to-end logistics across 18 online fulfillment centres as weekly orders scaled from 3,000 to 40,000+. I re-engineered processes to raise on-time fill rate above 90%, reduce out-of-stocks below 6%, and improve item availability to 96%+, while leading supplier EDI onboarding and building ETL tools in Power Query, SQL, and Python.

I bring industrial engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, network design, inventory optimization, and data integration together to turn complex operational challenges into actionable workstreams.
