What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer care and contribute to sales and lead generation. I want to work hard, grow through responsibility, and help the company reach its objectives while improving my personal skills.

I’m a customer care and sales professional who enjoys delivering good services that help companies achieve objectives. From 2024 at Kasha Rwanda, I worked in customer care sales, building strong customer relationships through clear communication and professionalism.

Earlier, I supported customers as a Customer Services and leads Manager at Universalfx Training Ltd (2021–2023), and I began my service experience as a receptionist at Fame cafe (2019–2022). I bring attentive patience, time management, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset—along with strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel.
