I am a business systems analyst with seven years connecting operational teams to the systems they depend on. My work runs the full length of a change: requirements and process mapping, configuration, data mapping and migration, testing and defect resolution, then the training and documentation that decides whether anyone actually uses it.

At Hampers With Bite I owned a four platform portfolio across WMS, transport, ERP and CRM, prioritising incoming requests and coordinating external vendors through build and release. I led a direct WMS to transport system integration from functional design and field mapping through testing, training and hypercare, which removed 40% of manual processing. I also built cross system reporting that cut manual reporting effort by around 70%, and redesigned CRM workflows across three teams, reducing resolution time from seven days to three.

Most recently, as Fulfilment Systems and Dispatch Manager at ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, I owned configuration and continuous improvement across NetSuite, Shopify, Starshipit and Recharge, and led the process and system changes that cleared a two week order backlog in about two days during a major promotion.

I started on the warehouse floor before moving into systems, which is why I design for the people who have to use the thing. I use AI tooling daily for data analysis, documentation and automation, including n8n and a Slack workflow I built.
